Titled Nanmonai (It's Nothing) in english, the song is sung by the band MAISONdes, in partnership with artists Hoshimachi Suisei and sakuma.
The drama and music novel tells the story of Yū Higashi, a high school student who dreams of becoming an idol. To make her dream come true, she sets four rules for herself: she will not be active on social media, she will not have a boyfriend, she will not excel in school, and she will make friends with beautiful girls from the north, south, east, and west.
Asaki Yuikawa will play the protagonist Yū Higashi in the film.
The film, inspired by the novel of the same name, hits Japanese cinemas on May 10.
