The official website of the animated television adaptation of Gakuen Basara, spinoff of the video game franchise Sengoku Basara of Capcom, has revealed a first promotional video in which we can listen to what will be the opening, played by Takanori Nishikawa (T.M. Revolution). The same video specifies the release date for October 4 at TBS, arriving on October 6 at BS-TBS.
The previously announced voices are: Kazuya Nakai as Date Masamune Soichiro Hoshi as Sanada Yukimura Toshiyuki Morikawa as Katakura Kojuro Takehito Koyasu as Sarutobi Sasuke Masakazu Morita as Maeda Keiji Ryuuzou Ishino as Motochika Chosokabe Shigeru Nakahara as Motonari Mori Toshiki Masuda as Tokugawa Ieyasu Tomokazu Seki as Ishida Mitsunari Natsuko Kuwatani as Kasuga Mamiko Noto as Oichi Kouji Tsujitani as Azai Nagamasa Romi Park as Uesugi Kenshin Tessho Genda as Takeda Shingen Sho Hayami as Akechi Mitsuhide Norio Wakamoto as Oda Nobunaga In the history we see the characters of the franchise, the feudal lords of the era of the belligerent states of Japan, being students in an institute of the modern era. Date Masamune and Sanada Yukimura are rivals fighting to replace Toyotomi Hideyoshi in his position as student council president.
