After announcing that this summer there would be important news for the manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by Hirohiko Araki, now the author himself has announced that this news is the animated television adaptation of the fifth part of his work, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, which will be released next fall.

The first episode of the series will be screened at the Anime Expo in Los Angeles on July 6.
The last animated adaptation of the franchise was JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, which consisted of 39 episodes that aired between April and December 2016. David Production has also brought to the anime its spinoff, Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai, being planned that a second OVA on DVD is included with the second volume of the manga compilation on July 19.
