Ongaku Shoujo: Yui Ogura sings the opening for anime


The seiyuu and singer Yui Ogura has announced that she will be responsible for putting the opening on the anime Ongaku Shojo with the song "Eien Shonen". The single, the ninth of the artist, will go on sale on July 25. Ogura is already responsible for giving voice to Haori Mukai in the series.


Ongaku Shojo was an animated short that Studio DEEN produced for the Anime Mirai project in 2015, and which will become an animated series for television next July. The protagonist will fall on Hanako Yamadaki, who will meet a group of very unknown idols of 11 girls called Ongaku Shoujo who are not discouraged and want to reach the top.

Yukio Nishimoto will be the director of the anime under Studio DEEN. Deko Akao supervises and writes the scripts, while Momoka Komatsu will be responsible for adapting the original designs of characters from Matsuri Santa, to the anime. King Records will produce the music.

Pine Records, the real-life equivalent of the idols label in the anime, will be responsible for releasing the girls first single on June 6 with "One Stage Life".
