The official website of Lord of  Vermillion: Guren no Ou, the  animated television adaptation of the  game Lord of Vermilion by Square  Enix, has revealed that JUNNA will be  in charge of putting the ending to the  series with the song "Akaku, Zetsubo  no Hana". The theme single will go on  sale on July 18.

The direction will be in hands of Eiji  Suganuma (Karneval), being Masashi  Suzuki (Oda Nobuna not Yabou) the  person in charge of the scripts and Toshie Kawamura (Kaminomi zo Shiru Sekai: Megami-hen) the one of the designs of personages.

In the cast it is confirmed that Yuuki Kaji will be the voice of the protagonist Chihiro Kamina and that Misato Fukuen will be the voice of Yuri Shiraki.

The story begins on January 29, 2030 in Tokyo, where a strange high frequency resonance and a red fog are covering the city. Everyone who hears the sound, human and animal, loses consciousness. Tokyo closes completely believing that the fog is a kind of new virus that causes an epidemic, but six days after the incident, people wake up as if it had not happened. Little by little sections of Tokyo are opening, but since that fact, strange things begin to happen to those involved. The younger ones begin to discover that they have new powers thanks to their blood, and they will be known as "carriers of the blood of wisdom". Attracted by something unknown, they will meet and face fate sacrificing their own lives.

Developed by Think Garage, Square Enix launched the first game of the franchise in June 2008, followed by a sequel in October 2009 and already in July 2011 the updated version of this, Lord of Vermilion Re: 2. Lord of Vermilion III arrived in August 2013 and its fourth and final installment to date, Lord of Vermilion IV, was launched in the summer of 2017.
