The novels 'Babylon' by Mado Nozaki will have adaptation in anime

The opening of an official website has revealed that the series of novels Babylon by Mado Nozaki and illustrated by Zain has received the green light to be adapted to the anime for television by Revoroot. Twin Engine will produce the anime, which will be broadcast on television and via streaming exclusively by Amazon, both in Japan and outside of it.

The story of suspense introduces us to Zen Seizaki, a prosecutor from the Tokyo Distitito who investigates certain irregularities in a pharmaceutical company. Inquiring into the matter, Seizaki is faced with a conspiracy to hold elections in reference to a "new zone" established in the western zone of Tokyo.

Kodansha began to publish the series of novels in 2015 and to date has three volumes published, having reached the last on November 22 to Japanese stores.
