The anime Otaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii presents its opening with a new video

The official website of the animated television adaptation of manga Otaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii of Fujita has revealed a new promotional video in which we can listen to what will be the opening of the series, "Fiction", by the sumika band. The anime will premiere next April in the Noitamina space of Fuji TV.

Yoshimasa Hiraike (Working !!, Amagami SS) will direct the anime under A-1 Pictures, being also responsible for the scripts. Takahiro Yasuda (Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi, Nihon Mukashi Banashi) will design the characters, while Akimitsu Honma (Kyoukai no Rinne, Ai no Kusabi) will compose the music.

The story of the manga is starring Narumi, a clerk who hides his fujoshi lifestyle, and Hirotaka, a handsome and hardworking businessman who is in the background an otaku of video games.

Fujita launched the manga on the pixiv web in 2014, and it was published in the Comic POOL digital magazine of Ichijinsha in November 2015. The first compilation volume on paper was put on sale in April 2015, with the fifth coming on the 2nd of February. In summer there were more than 4.2 million copies of the manga in circulation.
